He has over 30 years' experience in industry as a General Counsel helping clients manage commercial transactions, mitigate problems and develop strategies to fulfil complex objectives in areas of business support, commercial law, employment, international tax, construction, Board governance, dispute resolution, joint ventures, Court proceedings and all types of negotiations and contract reviews.
